About Us
Back in 2008, Jonny and Ian went on holiday to the USA to do rock 'n' roll dancing and first encountered fresh kettle corn in Denver, Colorado. Its crispy, slightly sweet, slightly salty taste was just delicious. When they returned to Adelaide and found that no one was making it, they decided to order a cooker from the US and make it themselves.
Some of you might remember the marquee that rolled off a trailer that they customised and popped open like popcorn - over the next few years they sold freshly popped corn at weekend markets around the state.
After being asked time and time again if we sold popcorn in shops, we decided to do wholesale and bought a factory on South Terrace, Wingfield. Our popcorn began appearing in Adelaide supermarkets and other fresh food outlets in June 2011 and has only expanded since!
Nowadays, our popcorn is a fixture of Rundle Mall and Harbour Town Premium Outlets, and available in supermarkets and online nation-wide (see In Stores for more details).

Caramel: Our iconic taste (and smell!), Caramel has a sweet, rich, crunchy shell that's created by the sugar caramelizing during cooking, using our traditional cookers.
Caramel is vegan, halal suitable, and contains no gluten, soy* or nuts.
Ingredients: Popping Corn, Cane & Raw Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Caramel Flavour, Sunflower Lecithin
Buttery: Our take on your classic movie popcorn - perfectly balanced between the flavours of butter, salt, and the natural taste of popped corn.
Buttery is vegan, halal suitable, and contains no gluten, soy* or nuts.
Ingredients: Popping Corn, Vegetable Oil, Butter Flavour, Sea Salt
Sweet & Salty: The classic Carnival Corn that we fell in love with during our tour of the USA. This popcorn is sweet, light and crunchy with just enough salt to balance the flavour. Don’t open it alone, you won’t be able to stop!
S&S is vegan, halal suitable, and contains no gluten, soy* or nuts.
Ingredients: Popping Corn, Cane Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Sea Salt, Sunflower Lecithin
Cheese: Coated in a fine layer of powdered cheddar,
Cheese contains dairy. The cheese is added to a fresh batch of Buttery popcorn after it has popped, so no dairy contaminates the cooker - if you have dietary restrictions concerning dairy, our other flavours are still safe to eat!
Cheese contains no gluten, soy* or nuts and is halal suitable.

Chocolate Chip: The flavoursome crunch of our Caramel popcorn is elevated with a coating of sweet dark chocolate compound (which is dairy free!). A perfectly sweet treat for any chocolate lover.
Choc Chip is vegan, halal suitable, and contains no gluten, soy* or nuts.
Ingredients: Popping Corn, Dark Compound Chocolate, Cane & Raw Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Caramel Flavour, Sunflower Lecithin
*Popcorn does not contain soy on the vans only - bags available in supermarkets contain soy lecithin.
Packaging disposal:
Our small boxes are made of compostable plastic so can be put in the green bin, and large boxes are recyclable. Small and large bags should go in your red/blue landfill bin.

Our products are 100% Australian owned, made in Adelaide at our factory in Hindmarsh. Our ingredients are soured from around Australia.
Our wholegrain popcorn has more fibre (~7g per 100g) than a lot of other snack foods like crackers, chips, and biscuits, making it a healthy snack kids and adults can enjoy as part of a balanced diet.
